Lesser than true?

Ok so I got level 18/2 rougue fighter and am thinking about lesser just so I can get the capstone of 20 for rougue (they carry over yes?). Now does that lesser count toward my total reincarnations? In other words, can I lesser reincarnate, turn around and true reincarnate, level to 20 and do true reincarnation once more?

No, the capstone does not carry over.
What you get is a passive 'feat' based on what class you have the most levels in (which can stack up to three times per class, if you TR'ed that many), and the option to take a feat in one of your feat slots for an additional ability, varying based on past life class.
