Elocator's Habiliment what does it do??

I have recently picked up a set of this armor but it says that the power is not unlocked (surpressed power) what does that do when you unlock it? yes I know the thing is ugly I could care less, if I wanted to be stylish I can do that in real life. I just want to know what it does when unlocked. My major issue here is I am a Ranger build and this armor seems perfect for a ranger except one thing I give up evasion while using medium armor. I was wondering if the wieght of the armor is effected when this is unlocked.

It makes you look like an "Aztec Warrior"!

Get some Sceptres, equip them and /Dance2 around. Not sure which helmet goes best with it... but I'm sure someone here on the forums can help with that one!

Thanks for the straight answer hydra I appreciate it. As for anyone that thinks this is a post on style IT IS NOT pls keep the fashion comments for another post, Or maybe play sims I am only interested in the versitility of the item.

It's superb medium armor..... but unfortunately it's medium armor.
Good for low-dex barbarians and FvS.

there are some randomly looted helmets that have a very Aztec headdress graphic.

I think it looks more like a SAMURAI warrior, but honestly, I think he was just asking about the Greater Nimbleness that is yet unlocked, adds 2 to the maximum dex bonus and -4 to the armor check penalty, which it had none to begin with.
