ok on the phone so help me out if I mess something up but I am going human pure bard

18.thoughness
and skills would be haggle perform and what ever else.
I am greater reincarnating a toon in to this so I will be lvl20 so I didn't care about feat lvls and such and I am takeing care of gear tomes and such right now
this toon will be haggle bot with dr song and a ranged combat person with all the little toys and such ne1 have any suggestions let me know I will add more when I get to make it more clear

Melee or Caster?

If caster - drop dex, raise str and con and grab casting feats.

If melee -drop light repeater and heighten, raise str and con, drop dex, and get some THF feats, Impr. Crit.

I personally wouldn't take the skill foc and negotiator for the +1.25% it gives me for prices - your haggle will be high anyway. You could alway switch em at 20, if you stop playing the toon.

Those two feats will allow you to pick up more casting or THF feats and have a toon who can be useful besides singing some songs.

You could always look at empower healing/maximise for some healing oomph too.

You dont mention race but I am guessing its not a drow since you mention greater reincarnation but I think you should focus more on one thing or the other here is my warchanting haggle bot

she is only 14th lvl right now so I may take sf haggle and negoitoer but proably get more THF stuff or improved crit. haggle is good enough for a discount and she can fight fairly well
