Maximum critical

Is this a correct calculation? - looks like the highest I can get a scimitar to critical is 40% of the time.

18-20 base
15-20 with improved critical slashing feat
14-20 with Kensai III in scimitar
13-20 with alchemical +1 critical range

Seriously, I haven't seen anyway to increase the crit range through crafting. Did I miss something?

OK, I mixed up dmg crafting with crit. You get 1d4 dmg on a crit with the crafting enhancement. So the most you could get for crit range would be 35% it seems(?)
