He's a neutral on the good-evil scale, and getting 20 UMD at low levels is difficult without at least one of charisma-based or 1/lvl skill ranks and a whole lot of buffs.

Mine is a +1 Shocking burst of Righteousness ML6 ... not sure you want it without maiming.
