Icy burst short sword ML6 ... any good for you?
Also have twink mithril chain ML2 ML4 ML6 ... you covered on that dept?

I would assume that icy burst is the WORST possible effect on a twink weapon these days as any other kind can be upgraded with icy burst from the risia altar.
