Invincibility?

What happened here?
I was running "The dragons hoard" challenge
The combat actions below happened within about half a second.

(Combat): You benefit from invincibility powerup's invincibility.
(Combat): You are immune to all damage.
(Combat): You attempt to save versus horrid wilting. You roll a 20 : save!
(Combat): Invincibility Powerup's invincibility effect has been removed from you.
(Combat): Succubus's horrid wilting hit you for 16 points of damage.
(Combat): You were killed by Succubus.

I was both invincible because the powerup that I picked up right before running up the ramp where I got killed and I also rolled a 20 and saved. yet I was killed instantly by the horrid wilting? The was no failed roll to be found in my combat log anywhere near when this happened

Does invincibility now mean that a fail is reverted into a save and a save into a fail?

Im more concerned that you were killed by 16 points of damage.

Gather stuff up, DA4... Nuke it from orbit.

He was probably killed by 30+ ~16-point hits within 2 seconds. At least, that's what would kill me with 16 points of damage.


As for the Invincibility Powerup, it clearly is not working.
