    Default VIP account removed after being charge and able to pay for 2 days

    why was my VIP account removed and goes back to Free when i was deducted with $15 for the payment and $1 for the card verification. my bank did not decline any and now i reverified my card since "my accounts" page wants me to reverfiy it and i was charge again for $1 for verfication fee and after 2 mins i logout on my account page and then log back in after 5mins and i need to verify again my card.

    can you please see or advise what was going on here.

    "-Please note that payments are always processed in the morning. When you reinstate or upgrade to VIP, your card isn’t charged immediately, so the points will not be granted immediately. "

    what time is in the morning.. it is
    sunday 10am eastern time now.

    i will try to purchase again a vip access and see if it will work now.
    my card statement that the $15 was not claimed only the $1 each per verfication was claimed. $2 in total.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having this problem. The specific time of payments can vary, but they are generally done before 10 AM Eastern.

    If you've only got the $1.00 authorization holds (please note they are only holds and will be returned back to your card within a few days) and the payment hasn't gone through for the $14.99 monthly fee that you selected, then you would lose VIP access. I would recommend contacting your bank or card company to find out why this is happening. Generally the Turbine billing system will successfully process payments if the card is able to be added, so a decline is likely coming from your bank for some reason. However, if the card isn't being successfully added, then I'd recommend contacting the Account Management department, as they may be able to add the card or provide more information about why it isn't being added.
