    Default Turbine Account Help

    I want to become a VIP, and so does my brother, but we can't find our activation codes for a turbine account. We are not purchasing a copy of a game

    To upgrade to VIP, simply log into the Account Management website. Click the "Get Unlimited Access" button inside of the red/gold DDO subscription box. Then add your payment information and select a payment plan. The system will automatically upgrade you without the need for additional keys.

    However, the Account Management website will always offer an option to activate a product key, since we use the same page for all of the games we support, and you never know when you might want to add an additional key for some reason.
