Vip dont work

i bought vip and then i didnt get the races and classes from the vip access

Changes made on the Account Management page can take anywhere from 1 hour to 24 hours to show in game, and almost always require that you fully close the game and restart it. If you still don't have it, please contact the Account Management department.

Please do note that (as it states here) some classes and races do require the use of in-game mechanics to unlock. Specifically the Drow and Favored Soul.
