I can confirm that the force rituals do work if you put just the handwraps in the stone for a second time after applying the ritual.

I will second this confirmation. You'll get a little message about a ritual of "Super Cool Results!" or some such thing when you put them in a second time and then the force damage will work.

since playing a monk, I have become slightly addicted to wraps, having about two hotbars worth, including
ghosttouch disruptors(for wraiths), holy disruptors(general undead), lawful smiters, flaming greater dragonbane(for tor), paralysing of weighted(for uber stacking with banishing gears), force burst banishers, force burst backstabbers, weakening undead bane (for undead that cant disrupt), devout(for endgame nameds).
All those sorts seem to be worth carrying, but I can't find a decent set of dps/portal beaters to put icy on, which is a pain.

You don't need frost on portal beaters anyhow, as portals are immune to cold.

yeah, any bursting with weighted is very nice.
the crazy part is trying to memorize what burst wrap works on what mob:
anarchic vs. axiomatic vs. holy vs. shocking vs. fire vs. ok ... just use Devout metalline.

While portals take no cold damage there aren't any constructs that are healed by cold and some that take partial or full damage from cold damage (flesh golems, iron defenders, several types of non-quoriforge warforged).

+4 Holy, Icy Burst of Pure Good
+1 Flaming Burst, Icy Burst of Weighted 5%

Still debating on enchanting these but if I do my third will be:

+5 Flaming Burst, Icy Burst of Bleed

Randomly generated, named wraps, or both? Put force ritual on Devout - it added to the item description, but not to damage in the combat log. I have put back into the stone near the twelve and also the one near the bank in marketplace, but both give the warning message and force damage still does not show up. These wraps were pulled within the last 3 weeks. I performed the initial rituals - binding and force - from the stone near the twelve. I bug reported right after the initial ritual failed.

    Just lucky?

I put icy burst on my force hw of weighted 5%, now I need to add force crit ritual to them. Also put frost on my holy hw of greater dragon bane. I wouldnt mind having some weighted paralyzers, but I dont really care too much; most of the stuff that will fail the save on paralyzers can barely get through my ac anyhow. What I would love to find would be some anarchic of greater construct bane to replace my anarchic of pg hw. A vorpal shuriken would be a fun weapon to play with for entertainment value.

Would +1 maladroit of bone breaking be worth using? Currently I use +1 frost shock weighted 4% for my lvl 14 monk.

maladroit of bone breaking are nice, as are weakening of enfeebling. I use the WoE to great effect on living spells when I'm bored enough to wander the subterrane, and also on beholders. Maladroits work very well on the devils in Shavarath, especially if you like to work on the slayer area solo (red named orthons used to be automatic -20 heal pots, but using Maladroit or Weakening means using zero heal pots).

From what I have heard from other players with years spent in this game, the halcyon days when stat reduction was a great all-purpose tactic have already passed us by, but there is still some situational use for them.

    IMO hold on to them.

Is Frost Burst Icy Burst? If so I guess you added recipes 3,4,3,5 & 4 to those wraps? To get Icy Burst and Frost? Then you'll be loosing the Frost part when they fix the bug in recipes

I have a +1 Ghost Touched, 5% Weighted, Icy Burst, Frost handwarps myself.

Working on a +2 Force, Pure Good, Icy Burst wraps at the moment {only at the Frost recipe stage}. Wish I had some Holy Pure Good ones.
