Unhappy Hireling Hotbar can't be keymaped?

I've read at least 200 posts with complaints about hirelings.
And not one has been about the hotbar keymaping.
This leads me to believe there is nothing wrong with it...
But what ever it is on my system then, Hireling Hotbar slots are visible in the Options -> Keymap.
I can even assign keys to the slots... But they don't work. O.o

    Why?

and yes of course I have tried every single hireling hotbar. None works. The keymaoing that is. it just don't work. Don't even show up on the buttons like the player hotbars do.

    What is with this?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean but the only problem I have had with the hirling hotbars is, that when I have more than one hirling (from the DDO store) I couldn't get their hotbars to seperate, but someone told me you could with the little square-arrow thing.

If you mean you don't SEE a hotbar for the hirling, I had that problem at first, and it is always down toward the bottom right of the screen. My other hotbars were covering it. Got that all sorted out too. You cannot change the spells/commands and such that are in the keys. Not that I know of anyhow.

I can assign and hot key them, fyi. I haven't been able to separate them if you have more then one.

After you summon your second hireling, on the left side of the bar you have the small arrow icon for opening a second bar. Click that and your second hirelings bar will appear.

My wife and I often run slayer/rare/explorer areas with two hirelings each. She has even run with four hirelings, each having separate bars.

Thanks. Would be nice getting a bit more TP value with them hirelings, no?

I don't see the arrow, I'm using a custom skin, I'll change it back to the original and see if that is the issue.

Go to your settings and under (I believe) UI controls, the 2nd or 3rd box down has a check to lock/unlock hotkeys. Make sure it is unlocked to seperate your hirling hotbars.
