Kwaeshon

Kwaeshon in Vale of Twilight. I can't recieve Rare Encounter for him, even if he is slayed by me. Why?

Still can not receive reward for him. No rare counter, no chest... it's strange.

Last night I (wizard) try to kill Kwaeshon with my friend (rogue). I buff my friend and stand alone, ang he kill Kwaeshon. But nobody recieve an exp for this and no chest was found. He was wonder, because hi has rare encounters in Vale of Twilight finished.
