    Question cant play

    i stopped playing ddo and now im playing again but for some reason i dont have a regular subscription and when i went onto turbine i cant get another subscription. can someone help please.

    Please be sure that you're logging into the Account Management page with the same username and password that you use to log into the game.

    If you can provide an error message or a more detailed explanation, I may be able to provide some generic feedback here. For assistance with your specific account, please contact the Account Management department.

    i checked the turbine account and it has no subscription and the logg error said "The username entered does not have an active "DDO" subscription. please try another username".

    Then the username that you have a DDO subscription associated with is different. If you can't figure it out, or can't remember what you use to log into the game, then please contact the Account Management department. Please note that your Forum login should be different than your game/accounts login.

    well thats what i thought at first but when i checked to see it i had my old characters and i did have them.

    The MyDDO website uses your forum login. You need to use your separate Game/Accounts login to see your characters. They are probably not the same word. If you still can't log into the game, please contact the Account Management department.
