this is irritating now.

i waited for hours when that guys doing the charging will do their job so i can keep my banks fraud protection to kick in and automatically protect charging. my card was passing the initial charging but no one told people in advance in the suppose to be "my account" page that charging will be so delayed and that their is no way to talk to the support guys doing the charging than dishing tons of cash on long distance call or waiting for weeks hoping your ask of assistance and clarification to at least be read.

DDO/turbine opened the market to global and they are only offering phone live support. how happy are we all who need to wait for the turtle email support for those crucial needs.

after trying the game and starting to purchase, we are let down. this is harsh but it was the truth. how expensive was it to at least utilize free messaging services to be live so we can ask and talk live to the support guys.
