(Honestly that is as good as I have seen. The min level may not be able to support +5 with a prefix. I pulled a +3 Holy Burst Maul weighted 4% RR Human Lvl 18. I would love to find a one hander though!)

Interesting how you could almost not give Tenderizer away some time ago, yet now it is considered a rather effective weapon in some content. (I know my clerics are happy to have one kicking around...)

The added properties of it are also a nice bonus.

Tenderizer has 3 disadvantages.
1. Can't be upgraded with icy burst.
2. Can't be moved between toons.
3. Can't be effectively dual-wielded without OTWF.

All his secondary advantages (adamantine, ML, Impact, +2 str) are meh. But I bet epic Tenderizer would kick ass.
