how do you close a Turbine Account. I've removed the download manager but in document settings there is still Dungeons & Dragons, Account Management, Atari, etc. Plus I want to CLOSE the account.

If you're a free player there is nothing to cancel. If you have any other questions about cancellation or would like assistance, please contact the Account Management department.
