Default End Game Spellsinger Top Notch Gear List Please?

First of all I apologize if this has been done before, but after a lot of time searching for a list i couldn't find one.

I am rapidly nearing level 20 and am trying to gather the gear for Epic quests/raids along the way as much as possible.
I am a Spellsinger, focusing on healing and buffs, with CC as a secondary concern. I would really appreciate a list of items that would be the best in each slot, so that I don't spend time grinding, or gold buying mediocre items. Also I would appreciate it if suggestions don't include Greensteel or Epic gear. I understand that in many cases these are the best options, but for the sake of this compilation let's please exclude them.

Thank you for your time and advice.
    Ghallanda-Kevvers 10Rng/1Rog (TR rogue) - Chantarelle 9FVS (TR bard)- Akilleraj 12 wiz

A buffer is the small margin between success and failure.
Not all of us are DPS, tanks, or healers. Most parties just need a good buffer.

No greensteel? Even Tier 2 can be useful and THAT can be gotten fairly easily. It's Tier 3 that's annoying to grind. I would really, really recommend a pair of greensteel goggles with the ultimate aim of concordant opposition. Whether you go for HP first or SP first would depend on your build. Boots or cloak can also be a good slot to use for greensteel, but there aren't really any goggles THAT great for a caster/healer. Maybe go for Sandstorm Goggles from Sands pack if you're really avoiding greensteel.

Are you also avoiding other raids in the Vale of Twilight pack? That'll make things difficult.
For SP = Bracers of the Glacier has Archmagi on it.
Gloves of the Glacier have spell point savings on it, and as a Bard you can't get that savings by spending action points.
Both of those are from VOD.

    To address your actual question:

Minos Legens helm from Necro 4 pack - heavy fort and stacking 20 hp = awesome for ANY character. I do /showhelmet off because Ael's a Diva with pretty hair.
Torin's Choker = Warchanter Necklace from Shavarath pack - sup potency 6, wizardry 6 or Torc from Sands pack.
Warchanter's Band from ToD = set bonus, CHA +6, exceptional STR +1.
Cloak = could do Bard's Cloak with CHA +6 and Perform +15 but Perform doesn't usually need that kind of help, better to get the ToD ring if you can and go with a resist or greensteel cloak. (There's that word again!) Or even the Napkin from Gianthold even though it's INT +6, the +1 to DCs of all your spells is pretty cool.
    Knost's Belt or Vorne's Belt = CON +6, GFL.

The blue dragonscale light armor could be good. Spell penetration, arcane lore, etc. That's from Gianthold pack. It's still grindy but at least you can be assured of the result, unlike DT armor. (I have DT leather, it's UGLY and the only good thing I've got on it so far is GFL on the first tier. Probably not buying Reaver's Refuge pack for a long time if ever.)
Gloves of the Glacier (detailed above) or the Seven Fingered Gloves from Titan raid that have arcane dexterity and +5 UMD

Other ring: Swap FF, striding, underwater action, resist +4 or +5 if you don't get that on a cloak, etc. Same with boots so you can have ff on one and striding on the other.

Other items will depend on your specific build, if you want DEX or STR boosting items, etc.

If you're avoiding Vale of Twilight, get bracers with enchantment DC +1 on them at a minimum, and maybe another useful spell school.
Please split the class forums into REAL subcategories this is a jumbled mess.

Here's what I have and/or want on my l20 spellsinger (I will offer alternatives to epic and gs items:

    Head: Minos

    Neck: Spellsinger neclace

    Trinket: Head of Good Fortune

Cloak: Greensteel hitpoint concordant opposition cloak, without GS I would probably switch out greater resist cloaks as needed.

Belt: Ideally: Epic Lionheaded Belt, realistically- Belt of the Defenders of Siberys or similar con6/gfl belt

    Gloves: Gauntlets of eternity

    Ring1: Spellsinger TOD ring

Ring 2: Epic Ring of the silver concord, or more realistically a utility ring slot depending on quest/needs

    Boots: Utility

    Wrists: Bracers of the Glacier

Goggles: Shroud greensteel hitpoints, exceptional chr skills, without GS i would probably go with Tharnes goggles (all my toons without GS goggles use those), or a concentration goggles

Armor: dragontouched with +5 resist, +1 exceptional chr, whatever you like best for sovereign tier

weapon: whatever you like again, dreamspitter, mad lute (just for fun), power5 weapons etc

I've found a triple negative item is great for bards, all the resistences help with survival big time. The jerky bag from DQ raid is nice as a trinket. Triple positive goggles help with mana, charisma skills and also provide the raise dead clickie and undead disruption guard. The Delver's boots from the von raid are nice. I hope this provides some thoughts on what to shoot for.
