When was Vale of Twilight last one sale?

I want to buy Vale of Twilight, but being a cheapskate Premium player, I only buy stuff when it's on sale.

Just so I can plan my purchases, can anyone tell me when Vale of Twilight was last on sale?

Well this was when I bought it, but once I get it I don't track when it's next on sale. But I'm sure I seen it at least once since then.

Since 06 Nov 2009 and 30 Jan 2010 every adventure pack has come on sale at least once. Some only once [Vault of Night] and some many times [Most ~Level 4 packs].
