Howdy, welcome to DDO!
There are , literally, as many builds for a specific character class as there are players. To start, I suggest you browse the Fighter forums and see what interests you. I'd recommend staying away from the gear-intensive and multi-class characters until you understand a bit of how the game works and a class plays. There are many solid builds in these you can use to create your character.

Good luck!

Good job on the punctuation and sentence structure.
Instead of giving you a specific build, I am going to advice you to browse the fighter and barbarian sections of the forum. That will give you a good idea of what types of builds exist, and what they are capable of doing.

A simple, easy-to-use, basic template can be found on the DDOwiki. To save you trouble, you can find it here. I recommend you look up similar builds and the reasoning behind them before you make your choice, as there are always personal factors that come into play with builds. With 32 point builds you have an extra 4 points to spend over the build so keep that in mind as well.
Some basics to get you started as a fighter:
Stats
Strength is your primary melee damage stat and a best case scenario would have you maxing it at the start and placing all of your level up points in it (Str 18 + 5 levels). Constitution is the next best stat in this case and as a general rule you should have around 14 on all characters, 16 if dwarf. Remember to place all level up bonus points into strength.
The rest of your stat points are pretty much up to you; a decent starting dexterity can help you tank when needed and give you a boost to reflex saves (which allow you to avoid to some degree damage-dealing magic spells) if you invest in saves later on. Increasing Int gives you more skill points, which you'll probably invest in Balance and Use Magic Device, plus 1 point in Tumble if you can and maybe some in Jump (Haggle might be a good alternative if you're poor and want some cash, but it isn't a good choice after your first character). A base intelligence of 13 can give you access to decent fighter feats as well (although keep in mind that you gain most benefits from stats on even numbers, so leaving it at 13 might be a waste). Wisdom helps with your will-save, and that's always important to shake off magical mind effects that are trying to control you, as long as you make sure to invest in it. Charisma is probably not important for you at all.
Feats
As a melee DPS it is important to have either the THF chain (Two-Handed Fighting, Improved THF, Greater THF) or the TWF chain (Two-Weapon Fighting, Improved TWF, Greater TWF, Oversized TWF). I'd recommend THF simply because it's easier to make a build with, as the TWF feats require high dexterity (something like 17) which often requires you to take tomes. Power Attack, especially on a THF, let's you trade accuracy for damage (and double that damage on a THF), so for high Strength characters who already have great accuracy (dexterity doesn't give you accuracy) Power Attack just makes their DPS even better.
The WF/S (Weapon Focus/Specialization, Greater WF/S, Superior WF) chain can help you recoup the accuracy, deal more damage, and qualify for the Kensai Prestige Enhancements. Improved Critical increases your chances of a critical hit, so it's always welcome. A single toughness feat gives you around 22 hp and opens up an extra 80 hp in potential enhancements for a dwarf fighter. Finally, Stunning Blow or, with an Int of 13 and the Combat Expertise feat, Improved Trip, are great feats that allow you to take foes out; stunning blow offers automatic critical hits on the stunned enemy, improved trip can disable a foe for upwards of a minute, and having both let's you cycle between the two (stunning blow takes about 15 seconds to recharge).
Enhancements
Haste Boost IV is practically required as it increases your attack speed temporarily by a large amount. Going pure fighter to level 20 gives you access to fighter weapon alacrity, which is a further permanent increase. The Kensai Prestige Enhancement gives you great benefits, including an increased chance to hit with combat feats like stunning blow and improved trip, a higher critical hit range, boosts to your two-handed fighting style, and access to great enhancements that can further increase your damage, but it requires quite a few prerequisites (Attack Boost III, Critical Accuracy III, and some more I forgot). Toughness enhancements add a lot of HP for cheap, so they're good. Finally, dwarves can increase their Constitution and Fighters their Strength, so do a little of both. Remember that the more you increase a particular enhancement, the costlier it becomes, so it may be wise to stop adding to one really good one that is costing you 6 points and add to a decent but cheap one at 1 AP instead.
It's up to you from here on. Give the fighter forums a good look over.
