Default On a Budget, Which Pack?

    Hey guys,

Just a quick question. I'm currently on a budget, and wondering which adventure pack (or combo of packs) I should get. I currently have 785 points (not too hard to favor grind to get some more if necessary) and am level 13. I play in a static party of basically just my friend and I, we're a mechanic rogue and a cleric and have been able to pretty much do everything up to where we are now by ourselves.

Should I get Vault of the Night, or save up for The Sands or Gianthold instead? Or is there something I'm forgetting?
    Thanks.

if you on a budget At level 13 i would say get the Vale, it would give you Quest that you can do at your lev, great XP and access to Green Steel weapons which are the most powerful in the game.

If you are going to spend more later, go GH first, then Vale........ but GH alone wont get you to 20.

I would recommend Gianthold. It's got 13 quests, an explorer area, and a raid, is nice xp and nice loot. It should last you quite a long time. It's one of my favorites and you should have no problem finding parties for it. I think it's probably the best bang for the buck.

That's not to say that VON and the desert are not also great choices. I love the VONs. It is 4 quests and a raid with Epic now available.

The desert has never been one of my favorites. I'm not sure why. I think it was because when it came out they up'd the max level and with it, the xp debt you got from dying (ah, back in the day) and it became a real pain in the rear. But, I think it has around 7-8 quests, an explorer area, and a raid with Epic. There is also a lot of nice loot from out there. It's not a bad choice and if you didn't want to do Gianthold, I might pick it over VON because of what's included in it.

    Just my 2cp.

Oh, and yes, you forgot about the Vale I would not get that until a little later level though. It used to be common to run everything out there at level 12 but now I would wait until level 15-16.

Im on a budget too. $15.00 a month to entertain me on a nightly and weekend basis is as good as it gets.

I'd say go with the VIP.

I'd have to go with vale or GH, vale will last you all the way up if needed and even at cap most toons keep runnign it over and over and over for GS crafting.

If you plan to get more points later i'd say GH first, then vale, probably reavers next, personally i'd say u can skip on von untill you have spare points to play with.

Well, isn't Vale like 16+? I'm only 13 and pretty much only play in a two man group until our friends catch up to us (will be a while).

If you or your friend is a mage then Vale. Banishment and FoD are the two main spells for the vale. It will be hard at lvl 13, but it will be worth it.
