Bought the game in Europe, the collectors edition. I know i cant transfer the account, but i would like ko keep playing as a vip. Do I have to buy the entire game one more time? or can i just pay the montly fee? I have already downloded the free game from us.

If I'm reading that right - that you've already downloaded/installed the Free2Play version from the US server, then you should just need to go to your account settings* and upgrade your subscription to a pay plan. (monthly, 3-monthly, etc)
