I am new to this game and when i tried to go to stormreach, it said "content still downloading." I waited for a while and kept trying but it wasn't done yet. This is the second computer I installed the game on, so that might have something to do with it. Is there any progress bar that tells me when it will be done or do i have to download it myself? Please Help!

I'd suggest downloading the full game (it sound like you are using the Turbine Download Manager, which other folks report is having a lot of issues).
Downloading the full game is a few GB of data, but then you just launch the installer and walk away for a while.
