Is there any way to force DDO (full screen) to stay on top?
I am using a dual monitor setup and every time I mouse over to the other monitor and click DDO disappears to the back ground on the other monitor. So is there a way to force it to stay in the foreground?
I found a few programs that say they will allow you to do that, but none of them work with windows 7.

Not when full screen, no
I don't think anything external to the DDO Client could change this behavior. The solution I used on other games (EVE Online) is to set the game to windowed mode with the resolution set to the full screen size. There are apps that can (at least for EVE) then re-position the window so the window edges are all off-screen.
