Finishing move and special attack question

Does anyone here know if spell pen, maximize, empower, or spell focus increases the efectiveness of finishing moves and the elemental attacks from stances?

Some of them did once, but now none do.

However, items or potions of Devotion/Ardor, Combustion/Inferno, and Potency/Efficacy can help the damage of corresponding finishers. AP enhancements may also help if you have levels of spellcaster classes.

I am leveling a 2 Monk/7 Fvs (2/18) and at the moment it is noticeably more effective to use Wraps against everything that isn’t resistant to bludgeoning. I was just trying to figure out weather or not my feat selection would increase the damage from things like fires of purity, Storm strike, ect. since I'm taking them anyways. Eventually it won’t matter because the Scimitars will begin to do more but the unarmed play style is a lot of fun to play so far.

as stated, devotion, ardor, potency etc. do definitely work with finishers, and so do the enhancements - i've got a build that is currently monk5/fighter1/cleric7 and the healing enhancements plus a potency item make a noticeable difference to the healing Ki finisher - often healing for 30-50hp
