Resurrection ?

was playing with a monk the other day think level 11ish with my cleric.

pretty sure he died and i didnt have the rez spell yet.

is there a way for a monk to self rez?

Also, don't you get rez at level 9? Pretty sure it is 9 or 11.

You don't get resurrection at lvl 9.
But there's Raise Dead which is a lvl 5 spell and is available to lvl 9 Clerics/lvl 10 FvS.

Yep. Raise Dead is a level 5 spell which means you can (and should) get it at character level 9.

I say rez, because when you die, you normally don't say: "Can I get a raise dead please?" atleast I don't,

It's a monk combo called Rise of the Phoenix... but I don't know the combo to do it x.x I think it requires positive.

Rise of the Phoenix is lvl 9. But is no good if that monk is dead. Plus we have to have 50 ki available, which at 9 is hard to do. Unless your not doing all the dps/ buffing that might keep yourself and others alive

It's not a combo per-se. It's a specific ability you get from enhancements and you can only get it if you're a Harmonious Balance monk and if you take the 4 cures from enhancements (remove blindness, etc).
