I had to reformat my harddrive due to a RAID issue. Now I cannot login due to an incorrect username/password. I know the password is correct but not sure about the username. Is there away to find out my username?

If you can log into the Account Management website, then it's the same username and password. If you aren't sure, you'll need to contact the Account Management department. If there is a credit card on file, have the card holder (the name entered in the system) call. Contact information is in my signature.
