    Default new adventure packs

    I wanted to buy some adventure packs when they went on Sale, but had a problem with my credit card not working....i ended up using a different one, but by then, they were not on sale any more...any way i can get the ones i wanted at the 50% off price?

    Also, i didn't realize the update coming out didn't require Levelling Sigils...i ended up spending 50 points and bought 5 of them....(wouldn't have done so if i new they weren't needed). Any way to get credit for these back?

    Unfortunately, we're not able to provide refunds for sigils. At least they weren't too expensive.

    As far as the Adventure Packs (and other store items) go, the Account Management department can assist if you contact them while the item is on sale. If you (or any player) experiences this issue in the future, email (or call if it's a day they are open) the Account Management department during the period while the item is on sale and explain the issue you are experiencing and the item you want to purchase. As long as they have documentation showing you were trying to purchase the item during the sale period, they can assist you with purchasing the item at that price.

    If the sale is on the weekend (as most of them are), you can even email on Saturday/Sunday and then call during the week and mention the email. However, since turn around is just a few days at this point, you shouldn't be waiting long in any case.
