Can't move character

Hi,

I was playing quite happly, making decent xp in a raid party, we did the quest , I went to tavern and repaired, went to do the quest again and bang, I couldn't move after entering quest, I quit the game and restarted machine, logged in and I was in a tavern and I cannot move, cannot talk to any npc, I can type in the chat but nothing is displayed, I cannot see any other players move, infact t does absolutley nothing I cannot even loggout out with that character.

I restarted the machine and logged in with my other character and it works fine, so I logged back in with main character and still nothing, anyone got any ideas.

Got similar problems since yesterday.
It seems linked to some areas only:

When I stand in public area there is no problem.
If I go on Shavarath, the loss slowly crawl to 20% and can't move the character.

Since I don't have this on other characters it's really strange since he is the only True Reincarnate. Can there be a link?

For reference I'm on Thelanis and never encountered such problems (I've a pretty good PC and connection).

Online Help said I've to contact Technical support because they can't solve these kind of problems (which I did, but last help demand is still on hold since 2 months so I won't hold my breath).
