"My Profile" does not work

Just as it says in the title. When I click on "My Profile" all I get is a page that shows me my player profile, just like the little box in the actual myDDO blog. I also got a friend request that I can not accept: Every time I click on "1 Pending", I get the following helpful information:
Error!
A post with that name was not found.

Does anyone have an idea how to fix it, if it can be fixed at all?

Did you link your forum account with your game account by logging in with the
"My Account" button at the top of the forums (using your game account)?

I can log in with my game account, but that does not seems to change anything. It seems to be linked, at least it tells me my forum account is Mosch, which is obviously correct.

My myDDO page still has the same problems as before, so any ideas are welcome. The support, by the way, informed me that myDDO is beta and therefore nobody intends to look into my problem. Thanks, I guess.
