Why are all ToD rings crappy for sorcerers?
All the caster type of rings, have +Int and +exInt
The only rings with +exCha has like +Str and also a useless bonus.
There are NONE good for sorcerers?
All other classes have good rings.

Personally I use the wizard Archmage set (Rahkir's Sash and Ring) in combination with greater arcane lore from my Skiver to gain Major Arcane Lore. It's not for everybody, but it works for me. I crafted +2 exceptional con onto this one.
The other ring I use is a +6 strength +1 exceptional con with 10% healing amplification put on.

Hopefully we will see the elemental substitution (the core feature of the elemental savant in PnP) encorporated into DDO which will make the sorc ring work just fine. The Archmage has a similar ability in PnP with a cost similar to a MM feat iirc.
