    Default Forgot to change my CC Info

    The old one had expired and I did not change my info with Turbine. So got kicked out for non-payment; whatever. Updated the info - verified the CC went through - but am still getting treated like F2P whenever I log into the client. What is the turnaround time for this between being concerned that there is an issue and it just taking the system too long to update?

    Reinstating to VIP access is now a two step process. Not only do you need to update the credit card, but you also need to click "Get Unlimited Access" from within the red and gold DDO box.

    This change was made to assist players with multiple games or game subscriptions on the same account. This allows you to chose which subscriptions to reinstate.

    Once you have completed both steps, the change should show within the game very soon. You will need to close and restart the game if it is open while you're making changes on the Account website.
