Default LR my Bard, need suggestions

I created a drow bard way back when drow first came out. Currently 16, about halfway to 17. He's not useless, but with my limited playing time and 10 other characters he tends to be near the bottom of the list in terms of wanting to play him, I would really like to change that and get him to 20 and then if need be TR him.

He currently is a repeater build, but quite frankly there were too many mistakes at character creation (low con being the biggest). He is currently my haggle character and mule.

I would like to make him a viable spellsinger build, he currently has a fair bit of raid loot, no greensteel. +3 Cha tome, +2 Con tome, and a couple of +1 tomes used.

I have a TWF dwarven Warchanter who is level 13 and I enjoy quite a bit, and would like this character to be more of a CC/healer.

Not sure if I want to keep him a repeater build, re spec'd him to a repeater build to try and keep him viable at high levels before LR or GRs were available and it hasn't really made me all that excited to play him. Only because I'm not sure how good he can be using a repeater, barely played him even after re specs.

Suggestions? Input would be welcome, thanks

I would use a LR so I could reset the stats and race (if I understand LR correctly).

I would then do some thing like:
    Human
    Str: 15
    Con: 15
    Cha: 18

    1) Extend
    1) Tough
    3) Spell Foc
    6) Emp Heal/Max
    9) Spell Foc
    12) Spell Pen
    15) Spell Pen
    18) Heighten

You then have a CC bard, who is a very good healer, and can cast Master's Touch and do a little with a Two Hander.

If you want to get Drow, I would pump Cha to 20, try to keep Con at 14, and would lose either Spell Foc or Heighten (personally I would drop Spell Foc).

    Hope that helps.

    Guild: Fallen Immortals
Toons: Soza, Sozz, Sozza, Sossa (bards)

Do this except as noted you can't LR race. You'll probably need to lower your STR to 14 to meet the CON of 14, I'm not sure what you have for build points. Definitely go CHA 20 if you want to go Drow CC spellsinger. You'll want to drop 1 spell penetration feat.

I wouldn't keep the repeater and just stick with master's touch and a two hander as needed.

Don't use your tomes if you plan on TR'ing. They'll come in handy on later lives if you have enough and want to save some for your final life.
