I can see why he'd want a +4 wisdom item - but why such a rare drop one which is bound to be more expensive. Is the shield clicky worth that much?

i got because i have wanted ever since i started playing in November and i wanted the 4+ wisdom not the cilckie its worthless so i relay wanted to have something +4 wisdom at level 7
