New guild is recruiting

If you are looking for a fun group to roll with, if you are looking to be challenged. Looking to be part of a team and try to learn to function as one.
Big thing is I would like everyone to start out at lvl 1. That we can roll as a team, no one can jump ahead a lvl(this only applies to the guild character). And try to always keep a lvl 1 character as back up for new players that join.
An idea I have is we can in guild tournements where we can play capture the flag or something like that maybe the buy in for the tournement will be something with in lvl from store or auction house, and given to the winning team.

once the guild gets bigger we can form better ideas. I like the idea of having everybody rolling together. i am always thinking that some lvls to high can hurt the ones that are starting up. i also had an idea to do character weeks in where we start one character and then change it to another character i am either thinking a week or one month that way everybody gets use to all characters and knows that all characters are important. what do you think?

thanks for wanting to join this guild. A good way to join is either leave the name of the character that you have set for up for the guild, message me the name, and i can send an invite over the mail system on DDO.

If anybody has an idea that would be better to help the guild out to be successful. I like the idea of having everyone one the same lvl. that way when we join up on a group we can do quests without losing exp. The problem with this is. It would be really hard to move forward if we are always at level 1. so if anyone has any input of how to fix this let me know.
