    Smile PM can use healing wands?

    I have a 10th level Halfling Wizard without the Dragonmark with a UMD of 5.5 and was shocked to find I can use CLW, CMW and CSW wands with no UMD check. Also I have a 95% chance to use Healing scrolls.

    Is this a PM stealth benefit or am I just bugged?

    bug report it. In this last update they seem to have given free UMD to a few things by accident
