On normal difficulty collected the items and did not get credit for finding all the items...quest will not advance. Did they hide another item somewhere? Or is this quest jacked up like the rest of the update?

Same thing happened to us. Submitted a ticket and was told by a DM to submit a bug report and there was nothing further they could do.
Did final raid and that was bugged, too.
No more VoN for me until it's confirmed that they've fixed it.~ Pallai, Chennai, Saraphima~

I abandonded the vault of night in the quest log, then reran von 1-4 and the guy in front of von 5 finally had the blue circle over his head allowing me to pick it up. So it seems like you do have to reflag...at least once anyways.

Please close this quest for now or give compensation for those who get cheated out of the rewards for completion. (mostly worried about this for epic)
