Name this spell

Hello everybody,

I've been playing and lurking on these forums since September '09. Call me what you will (newbie comes to mind) but I've learned a great deal of extremely valuable information from both these forums and playing with the vets as well. My first character was a gimped sorc that made it to level 8. Then I discovered these forums Now I have a level 12 fighter and a level 16 sorc that I believe is end-game worthy, thanks to the many threads I've read and studied on here. I would like to take my sorc to level 20, and have him create some nice green steel weapons for a DPS ranger I want to build (once I earn the favor for 32 point builds). Flame me if you want for me not being a monthly subscriber, but I've donated quite a bit of cash to Turbine for adventure packs and store items, and I plan on continuing to do the same. Anyway, now that I've gotten my first post out of the way...on to my question...

I checked out the videos from Spyderwolf (good stuff), and I see him using a certain spell on his sorc that I have no idea what it is. Check out his video, right around the 2:20 mark...what is this?

Looks like he casted ball lightning then cone of cold then ball lightning again.

It's the lightning spell I was interested in. I wasn't sure if it was ball lightning or chain lightning, as I don't have either equipped at the moment. But I might trade a spell for one of them. The only reason I was asking is because in the video it appears that multiple targets take damage. Am I seeing that right?
