As title says, I have 3, 4, 5...

All you need to add Icy Burst to any randomly generated weapon..
say a +1 Force burst handwrap of weighted 5% if ya have em, wouldn't that be nice? Shocking Burst (ring) Holy Burst (Ring) Icy Burst Force Burst (weapon) weighted 5%... now that'd make a nasty monk wouldn't it?

Looking at around 20,000,000 GP

You're gonna spend on avg, 50-200 purple coins to get your #5... at 30,000 platinum a piece, think about it... why not just spend the 20m gp and know for sure you dont have to grind for it!

Heck, I'll even throw in the 300 Winter Motes you need as well

On a crit *3 weapon with a crit range of 17-20, what is the increase damage between frost and frost burst?

1d10, average 5.5, *3 = 16.5, 20% of the time, 3 more damage? Is that math right?

You're lookin at 1d6 per hit, plus 3d6 per crit at *3. heck, add it to a vorpal of pure good... if the vorpal dont proc, atleast you're doing an extra 1d6-3d6
