LF Mature Khyber Guild...advice is appreciated

I'm a long time gamer. Experience with D&D since basic. Looking for a large/mature guild to explore and learn with.
Most important in my search is to find a guild that has experienced vets to guide me along the way. Just started on Khyber (only 8th level) but my character is coming along nicely. Vets I have ran with have gave me excellent suggestions concerning being self sufficient; got my wands, pots, and fortification so I'm pretty good for solo and strong in group runs. Also, it is important that the guild be large enough that I can jump on in the evenings and group with guildies vs unknown pugs as possible. Like the vets, NOOBS (not newbs) get on my nerves. If you're with a strong guild and looking for a good (but newb) player then please look me up on Khyber or reply to this thread about your guild. Find me in game: USTOM

We have been around since Head-start, are led by vets (I have played PnP since the basic red paperbacks myself, all the way through <choke> 4th ed. currently) and we are primarily mature, with a smattering of mature acting young players in the 16+ age.

We express teamwork, and spreading information about the game, assisting others in guild chat, or running others through adventures.

We raid periodically but its not our focus. freinds, family, FUN is what we like.

Oh, i forgot to tell you, the GL is a drunken dwarf, and his mannerisms seem haphazard, but basically he gets the job done :P

Note to anyone looking for a guild: It was nice to jump on last night and see a mix of levels on line in the guild.
Small guilds can be nice, but the advice and teamplay that is available in a larger guild really maximizes the game.
