    If I have the essences do I still have to run the quests?

    I did the quests in my previous life and had them in my bank. So can I skip the quests and just turn in the gems/and essences?

    everytime you want to do sos you need the 3 essences from prey, monastry and kobold again
    the gems from the areas are only needed once

    You can skip the quests, and just hand in gems then essences.
