Isle of Forgotten Dreams how do I get there....

I know I'm being daft but how do I get to the Isle of Forgotten Dreams quests? I have done the inspired quater quests and mindsunder but the elf by the boat wont give me a location to travel to. What am I missing?

You h ave to do Eye of the Titan. After completing that, the guy by the boat will send you to the isle.

You have to complete Eye of the Titan first. It's the one with the giant WF Titan laying down on it, with goodblade yelling things about it like it's a circus act.

ah, so if i have reset the eye then thats why i cant get there? many thx for the clarity and speed guys,
