NOT multiclass. Your hands base damage goes up with more Monk levels.

Go pure, boost Str as much as possible and have enough Dex (use tomes) for highest possible Wind stance.

Wind stance gives an increased attack speed where a portion stacks with haste. This is a serious boost in a monks DPS.

Ftr for Kensai is a natural Monk multi. Pal for immunities and saves is certainly not bad. Rogue has good skill and stat synergy. Rangers are not so great for fist work, but can be good for Kamas.

Otherwise, most remaining classes tend to splash Monk rather than the other way around.

Maybe u should actually read about your animal paths.... wow.. all the bonuses from fire stance gone just because you like cranes more then monkeys, turtles, and dogs......

Sun doesnt help your dmg, besides the str boost. Which, who cares about that? Attack speed is the dominant dmg dealer here, unless you do obscene amounts of damage like a fighter or a barbarian (and rogues when they sneak attack for those of you that have a backstab fetish). anyways, for monks they need the attack speed for dps, cuz just like any mmo, dps is key.

In Wind stance you attack faster, so you also generate KI faster.

Solution to this problem is simple tho: take both enhancements and test which you think is better.
