How to get PM I

Have a wiz who's specialty is Necromancy.

Just turned level 6 and I have all the pre req from the release notes:

Spell Focus: Necromancy, Wizard Energy of the Scholar I, Wizard Intelligence I, Level 6 Wizard, along with 4 action points.

When I talk to the trainer to spend action points Pale Master I does not appear??

Do I need to do something else in addition to the release notes?

Have you spent enough Action Points?
There will also be an "action points spent" prerequisite. In the case of PM I, this is 16 AP.
Toggle "show unavailable" and you should see PM I pop up while greyed out, hover over it and the tooltip should tell you what you're missing. I'm sure it's that.

there are also a minimum number of action points spent, do you meet those as well?
To check, you can click on "show unavailable" and then find pale master, and put your mouse over it till the tooltip comes up. Anything in red is the prereq you don't meet.

Thanks for advice. You were all correct. Didnt spend enough actions points. Im good now.
