Weird error message on Launcher

When I try to load up the DDO launcher, I can never connect to the server. When I click the buttons at the top of the loader, i.e.: Support, I geta weird error message. Anyone know what's up?

An error has occured.
Please contact Tehcnical Support with the following information:

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

And then there's a list of things starting with
' at System.Windows.Forms.'

EDIT: Not running Vista. Using XP.

Update: I uninstalled DDO, but now...now it won't connect to the servers to download it again...
