    Default Second to none...Healing.

Is there a difference from Healing FvS to Caster/Melee FvS. My main goal is to utilize the extra SP awarded to be second to no one healing while in raid groups etc.

Taking Empower/Maximize/Quicken/Toughness will be all that is needed for heals leaving 3 or 4 feats left over for the dps side of the house, am I correct in my thinking?

So you could take Heighten, Spell Focus or Spell Pen and Greater of both, with Extend for the caster dps, with a Max Wis, 12-14 Chr and 12-14 Con rest into str.

    Or...

Take the three TWF/THF feats plus Extend (buffs) for Melee dps, Enough Dex for twf, Level ups into Str, dump Wis, Moderate Con and remaining points into Chr?

Nobody is responding because we are confused, you don't really pose any clear questions.

Ok I quess the question is what minimum feats are required to perform either Caster DPS or Melee DPS, while still keeping the best heals you can.

More either melee or caster you should have Toughness.

    For heals, you need Empower/Maximum/Quicken.

So that only leaves 3 to 4 feats depending if you are a human or not.

For Spell DPS, Heighten, Spell Focus or Spell Pen and Greater of both, with Extend.

For Melee DPS, three TWF/THF feats plus Extend.

    Does that make it easier?

I saw you got your answer, but your observation is basically right. You don't need much to be near-maximum best healer, so there is room to mix in some decent dps.

There is also a build here which uses the 3 feats for halfling dragonmark healing, which is certainly an interesting option as well, if you are really interested in being the best healer possible.

Personally, after a certain point, I think the survivability/ability to avoid getting incapacitated of your character (tripped, held, killed, etc) will become more important than the excess healing capacity at some point.

I would first decide whether you want to be offensive casting or melee for your DPS. Once you've done that, I would stay quite close to either Impaqt's Evoker build or Melkor's Melee build, both easily found on this forum. Pay close attention to their feat choices. There's some wiggle room in either but make sure you have the core feats they suggest. Both builds are equally adept at fulfilling full healer duties when asked to. By the way, you'll notice Melkor skipped all of the THF feats. You don't need 'em and you're better off swapping those out for more metamagic feats. Melkor tried it the THF way and ended up switching, as did I and I agree with him 100%. See his thread for full details and explanations as to why. I've also observed since I started mine that quite a good number of melee FvS have been going that way lately too
