still no alignment change...

i have been waiting for the new reincarnations for about a month now. and still no alignment change.


I learned that pallys get there charisma modifier to there saves at lvl 2 only about 3 weeks ago and had already lvled founder to lvl 14. it got to the point were i was just turned 18 whent to talk to pally trainer and got shot down.

back when playing PnP alignment mattered very little, and in fact there was a 5th lvl spell that would change it called atonement. And to be honest i had forgotten pallyes needed to be lawful, so i went true neutral thinking that was the safest option.

After having done all the reading on this subject, I realize now that alignment is now the HARDEST thing to change in the game, officially. (you can change your RACE easier then your alignment!? whats up with that..)

After having read the patch notes, i am left with a bitter taste in my mouth, they have given wizards a prestige enhancement line (something i have been waiting for on sorcs), added several new was to re spec your character, and left alignment out of it completely. (aside from fixing a bug that would make it so that even if you did true reincarnate to change your alignment it might not let you change alignments even then).

so now i am left with the option of completely re rolling, re rolling and having to grind 1.6x as long to get back to 20 with 2 lvls of pally, or just suck it up lvl to 20 sorc get my capstone and give up.

the last option i have been considering, is not lvling to 19/20 and hoping for a change in the next update, but i was wondering if could get some feed back on how long these patches are apart. do thy seem to happen like once a month or once a year?

If you were 18th lvl you had room for 2 lvls of paladin that being said multiclassing a sorcerer is ALWAYS A BAD IDEA. and as far as I know you have to TR to change your race as well so thats no easier then alignment.

He is not Tukaw though, Tukaw can do all of that because of the player behind the character, not just because of the build. Tukaw also would not have made the mistake of choosing neutral if adding pally levels later. Tukaw learned through experience and the OP needs to also.
