All else being equal i generally find that the human inability to put both enhancments into the same stat is a weakness not a boon. You will basically just end up at an odd number on not one but two stats.
That aside the only benefit i see humans having over Warforged is the additional Feat, toughness would be nice to fit in but i definitely don't miss it. I would, however, miss 3 additional PA enhancements and the additional glancing procs (actually i dont know if ide noticed the lack of glancing procs ive never played without it)
But at the end of the day, if you ask me, the biggest benefit to Warfoged is the ability to be healed by Arcanes as well. I dont see the -healing from clerics and fvs as a bane at all. It isnt hard to make those numbers more reasonable but its 100% impossible for a Wizard to ever heal a human.
say it with me fellas- R.E.C.O.N.S.T.R.U.C.T
why not human? the real question is - "why human?" toughness alone cant carry a barbarian but reconstruct can.

i wanted to add- if your priority in playing is to role-play a Human Barbarian or you simply like the visual appearance of a human than i think you should go for it. But if your priority is being as strong as you can be and as effective as you can be as a Barbarian in the gaming community: Warforged is clearly the superior options closely followed by Dwarf.
(i dont mean to tell anyone how or what to play, simply do the best i know how to suggest the strongest possible build, as such if you like humans that is the best choice for you no matter what we say)
