Max Wis

Ok, so I've been trying to plan my Cleric for max Wisdom (don't ask why, its just an idea) and when discussing it with someone earlier, they said they had a cleric with a Wisdom of 45 and had no monk levels. Now, I didn't ask if this was a temporary value based on pots, but they made it sound static. It's not possible right? I mean, from my numbers, the highest possible static score would be 44. Am I missing something?
18 = Max Base
+5 = Levels
+3 = Exceptional
+3 = Cleric enhancement line
+1 = Human enhancement
+2 = Lesser Water stance
+4 = Tome
+7 = epic crafted item (is this even available?)
+1 = Litany
Otherwise, if the +7 is not yet available, it would be 42. You could get to 44 once +5 tomes are introduced.

ya had a brain fart. for some reason only recognized the human wis lol.

what about the confounding enchantment on the wizard set from amrath? not too sure about how it works but i thought you could get a +1 stat from that.

I would put my money on the Epic Helm from the Vons having +7 wisdom. My cleric can not wait.

but yes, only static values... not 30 minute or even 1hr buffs. Temporary<permanent. Also, the confounding enchanment is an exceptional bonus and therefor SHOULD not stack with the +3 from shroud crafting. Of course, this could be bugged, but I wouldn't know.
