Imp Cursespewing of Destruction I believe would be a level 16 weapon at +1 I think. Improved Cursespewing of Imp Destruc. is a lvl 20 and/or 20 RR I believe.

Just judging by the success of my will based spells at higher levels (which float around low to mid 30's DC), I don't think it makes a difference whether you have Cursespewing or Improved Cursespewing, anything that matters is going to need a roll of 1 to be affected.
It should make things easier for you if you only need to find Cursespewing of Improved Destruction/Destruction rather than Improved of both.
